American Athletix is a family owned and operated gym with a passion for heath and fitness. Established in 2015 and with over 20 years in the industry, we have helped hundreds of clients achieve their fitness goals.  We believe that fitness is not a hobby, but a way of life. We founded our gym to be the second home for all of our members. Whether you exercise everyday or you’ve never stepped into a gym before, American Athletix can help you get fit for life.

One hour classes combining Cardio, Weightlifting and Gymnastics based on your individual abilities in a fun and motivating atmosphere. Whether you workout several days a week or have never stepped foot in a gym, this is the place for you. Our certified staff will work with you to keep you motivated and educated while you focus on your goal.

Weightlifting

Moving an object around your body. Weightlifting has many benefits besides building muscle. Improve your posture, build bone density, boost metabolism, lower inflammation, maintaining weight loss and ward off chronic disease with a variety of equipment. We mix things up with barbells, kettlebells, dumbells and medicine balls to challenge your body in different ways.

Cardio

Strengthen your heart! We incorporate various types of cardio in each workout to help increase your stamina and endurance. You will also burn calories, boost your mood through the release of endorphins, reduce muscle tightness through joint movement, improve blood pressure, reduce the risk of heart disease and reduce excess fat.

Gymnastics

Moving your body! Squats, lunges, pull-ups, push-ups, and dips are just a few of the movements incorporated in each workout. These movements increase core strength and stability, mobility, spatial awareness, balance and strength. Don't worry if you aren't able to do some of these...we will help you get there!
